Picture to vectors
Describe art to get a black-and-white, cut-friendly image, or open a photo. Tracing runs on your device, with threshold, smoothing, speck removal and detail controls.
AI reliefs
Describe a relief, get a depth map, and place it as a 3D model to carve.
Your key, your account
Choose Google Gemini (default) or OpenAI and use your own key. Keys stay in your device's keychain, and Makivo shows a one-time notice before anything is sent.
Limits
Good to know
- AI features need your own provider account and key. No AI credits are included with Makivo.
- AI never cuts on its own; you review and confirm toolpaths.
- On iPad, Photos and Paste can add chat attachments; pasting an image into Image to Vectors is Mac only.
